Water is a pure and natural element that will help to clean and hydrate your body, helping you to maintain your organs and muscles working at their optimum level. A Filter Pur filtration system, which is just water brought to you in its most natural form, will help to keep your body free of harsh toxins and chemicals and help to keep your excellent health. A filtration system, which is water in the optimum manner, will assist you in combating germs and impurities while eliminating harmful toxins. Filter Pur is recommended by a large number of people, especially those in health related areas.
This amazing company was first introduced in 1986 with a desalinator that turned seawater into fresh drinking water. A hand operated filtration system, water pure as from a spring, was instantly available to those on the sea. Life rafts today carry Filter Pur as a standard piece of equipment.-After much scientific research and testing, portable water purifiers were presented in 1990 for hikers and visitors to areas where water might be questionable. This Filter Pur line of carry-on purifiers was an answered prayer to the Peace Corps and African missionaries that longed for a filtration system, water that would not cause illness.
With technology proving that it was possible to eliminate harmful toxins, Filter Pur took the next step and, in 1994, designed the first line of in-home water filters with an Automatic Safety Monitor Gauge to protect you from filters that stop working properly.-This filtration system, water at its best, can be fitted right on to your faucet for easy everyday use but comes with an on/off switch for maneuverability. The built in electronic filter life indicator shows exactly how much filter life is left so you can always replace before your filter’s life is exhausted.
Toxins can enter your drinking supply through the ground, if you have well water, or not be totally removed from city water. The percentage of impurities allowed in municipal drinking water is so high that you always get a certain amount of poisons right out of your faucet! Traces of drugs, bacteria and other impurities have been found when tested in most city water systems.-The Filter Pur has been certified and in 2005, earned the Stockholm Industry Water Award, not an easy mark to achieve, for outstanding quality and innovation. A five year limited warranty accompanies each unit assuring each filtration system, water pure from the start, will give you the purest form of water available anywhere.
Up to one hundred gallons of quality water is provided to last an average of two to three months and unlike many filtration systems, is interchangeable with any faucet mounted system so there is never any additional costs for parts.-The Filter Pur filtration system, water that you can count on no matter where you are, is a must in today’s world of travel or at home. With the petroleum-based products used today, pesticides and new strains of bacteria, why wouldn’t you want to protect your body and family from danger? Filter Pur is simple and inexpensive, a great guard against harmful everyday impurities. A filtration system, water now purified, is now as easy as turning on your faucet.

If you are someone that is interested in eating well and being healthy then you know that drinking water is an important part of that routine and having water purifiers/filters in your home can help you stick to this goal. There are a variety of different water purifiers/filters that you can choose from for the perfect solution for you and your family. It will save you money and improve your health and the health of your family as well. Clean water: now that is a value that the whole family can agree on.
Water is Good for You
Physicians suggest drinking no less than 8 glasses of water daily, particularly if you are engaged in physical exertion which causes sweat. Water improves your state of being by flushing out toxins. Remember, one can live without food for days but can only exist without water for one day. Keep that in mind and take measures to install a water purifier or filter in your home to make drinking more palatable.
Every one at home drinks a lot of coffee and too many sodas partially because its easy and tastes great. By having water filters/purifiers installed in your own house, you can make sure that you get purified tasty water in almost no cost. Be a role play for your kids and help them develop a good habit of drinking plenty of water.
Why Filtered Water Is Best
There is no reason why you can’t drink water straight from the faucet in most cases. However the source may result in having a less than palatable taste or in the case of well water, an influx of toxins from the soil somewhere in the vicinity. Your best bet is to get a water purifier or filter which will make your drinking water safe and inviting to drink.
Tap water levels are closely monitored annually, however it still can contain contaminants. To avoid concerns about toxins it is in your best interest to consider a water filter/purifier so that you can get back to enjoying your drinking water.
Better Than Your Normal Bottled Water
Many people enjoy the convenience and taste of bottled water, but it can get expensive. By reusing a few water bottles or getting some nicer thermos type bottles you can fill them up from your water purifiers/filters at home for pennies. Kids and adults will love the cool variety of water bottles available and everyone in the family can have their own.
Importantly, the water from water purifiers/filters is cleaner and better for you than bottled water. The standards of the city water are not always good which is the same as the Bottled water. In fact, in several studies popular brands of bottled water were found to have more contaminants than New York City tap water. So, this simply means that the water from water purifiers/filters at home is clearly so much better.
Water Filter Replacement Cartridge- Its Just As Important

If you are into health than you are sure to appreciate the health benefits of having filtered water. But hooking up the filter is just the start. It is equally important that you remember to use a filter replacement cartridge at the intervals recommended by the filter manufacturer. A filter is a great way of removing contaminants from your drinking water supply, but as it does dirt tends to clog the filter. When the filter is clogged it becomes less effective at doing its job. That is why you need to use a filter replacement cartridge regularly to keep your drinking water supply fresh and clean.
Filters are convenient for use in the house because there are several places you can install them depending on your water usage. The most common place to drink from is the kitchen faucet. That is why this is the most important place for you to install a filtration system. There are two main kinds that will do the job of cleaning your water.
The first is a filter that mounts right to the tap. This is the simplest and least expensive option and it is also the easiest to install. And when it is time for a filter replacement cartridge the filter unit is right out in the open so it is easy to get to. These tap mounted units simply screw to the end of your kitchen faucet. Then you can either push a button on the filter or swivel the unit and it will change between giving you straight tap water or diverting it through the filter.
If you are cooking or washing dishes or your hands, there is no need to use filtered water so you can use the straight tap water. But if you want a drink of water or are making a pot of coffee, you should use the filtered water because it will taste better and be better for you. Since you have the option of when to use the filter you will use less filter replacement cartridges.
A second choice for a kitchen sink water filtration system is an under the sink mounted system. This style of filter is larger and filters all the water that passes through it. It mounts out of the way under the sink so that you do not have to see it which makes it more aesthetically pleasing if that is important to you. This system and the filter replacement cartridge that goes with it are more expensive, but they also last longer so it is a good investment.
Usually the under sink mounted filtration system will be plumbed to a separate tap that can be mounted to the back of the sink. This can be a simple attractive stainless steel tube style faucet made for filling drinking glasses that will not be in the way when you are using the sink for washing dishes.
Another good spot for a filter is the water system in your refrigerator. An inline filter will even clean the water used to make your ice cubes! Don’t forget, this will require a filter change every now and then too.
