This weekend The Bristol Marriott Hotel plays host to the biggest AV and Hifi show of the year. The Sound and Vision Bristol show attracts audiophiles and AV enthusiast from all over the country.

The Bristol 2010 Show will present new products from over 200 manufacturers consist of KEF, Yamaha, Sony, Marantz, Denon, Onkyo , Mordaunt Short and many more. The Bristol Sound and Vision show offers individuals a look at the latest models and the chance to test drive the products and give feedback directly to manufacturers. There is nowhere in the country that has this many brands available and on demonstration under one roof, it’s great for comparing brand to brand.

The show is not just open to the public, retailers like Sound and Vision, HiFiBitz and Digital direct visits the show to see the products before they are launched and to gain a better understanding of what they are selling. The Bristol Sound and Vision show is expected to draw in over 5000 visits over the weekend of the 26th to the 28th of February. If you are not comfortable with crowded spaces maybe the Sound and vision show is not for you, so we are suggesting you visit your local AV and Hifi dealer. Sound and vision have electrical stores in Leeds and Bolton with accounts with over 160 manufacturers many of which are showcasing at the show. In the Sound and vision stores there are well over 200 pieces of electrical equipment from televisions, to speakers, from Home Cinema Systems to AV furniture on display.

This weekend there will be so much going on at the Bristol Sound and Vision show, so if you would like a quieter experience, call in and visit your local AV and Hifi dealer and support the local businesses.

The Bristol show has a reputation for offering discounted prices, however, last year many show goers found that if they shopped around they could find cheaper prices at local dealers. So keep that in mind if you are visiting the Bristol show this weekend, it might be a good idea to take a couple of umbers with you on the day to see if they can better the price you get at the show.
